Risk is spread across the portfolio – all partners own a share of every asset and we’ll drop any rentals that aren’t making enough money

Every month the RockSTR portfolio generates a profit, we will pay our partners 70% of the rental income.* The other 30% will cover all the costs of managing the properties.
